Life Coaching is one-to-one coaching which emphasizes a trustful and tailored partnership between the client and Coach. The key attitude in Life Coaching with me is that the client is the sole expert on his/ her life.

In Life Coaching we work on various areas both professional and personal issues. Life coaching is distinct from giving advice, councelling and therapy.
It is an exciting process where you move from A to B well supported by the Coach asking powerful questions, challenging and encouraging you, nurturing and evoking your potential and using various techniques such as from Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).

As Your Coach I aim to help you understand your situation more clearly, find your own ideas and approaches on how to take constructive steps towards desired outcome. These steps can be as big or small as you want.

I  focus solely on your situation and will give you full attention and dedication. Our partnership is based on trust and openness, and the conversations are fully confidential.
